Trade Skill/Maintenance Engineer

Salary £35,000 - £40,000

Would you like to be part of our maintenance team at The Mander Centre. Could you help fix and maintain the Facility? Our team work to keep the Shopping Centre to its high standard for all users. Completing Emergency lighting test, repairing electrical faults and conducting a variety of repairs. We’re looking for a Electrical/Maintenance Engineer to work as part of a team to effectively deliver both a preventative & reactive facilities schedule following guidelines on safety, timescales & budget.

We’re looking for a Fabric/Maintenance Engineer to work as part of a team to effectively deliver both a preventative & reactive facilities schedule following guidelines on safety, timescales & budget. This Role is predominantly painting and Decorating. Both in public areas and back of house. Providing a bright fresh look for all that enter the Centre.
